Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - any advice?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a medical assistant. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
