Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - any advice?

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. It has been weighing on me all week. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
