Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - any advice?

Being out of work for 9 months has worn me down more than I expected. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
