Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - any advice?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a recruiter. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
