Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - any advice?

Being out of work for 3 months has worn me down more than I expected. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
