Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - any advice?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a logistics coordinator. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
