Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - any advice?

Being out of work for 6 months has worn me down more than I expected. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to pretend I am fine. What helps you?

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.
