Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - any advice?

Being out of work for 4 months has worn me down more than I expected. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to pretend I am fine. What helps you?

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.
