Dealing with the isolation of unemployment after 7 years as a graphic designer

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I am in Tulsa, in case local advice matters. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
