Dealing with the isolation of unemployment after 6 years as a production planner

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a production planner. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
