Dealing with the isolation of unemployment after 4 years as a graphic designer

Being out of work for 12 months has worn me down more than I expected. It has been a long 3 weeks. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
