Dealing with the isolation of unemployment after 17 years as a retail manager

Being out of work for 14 months has worn me down more than I expected. I worked as a retail manager before this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
