Dealing with the isolation of unemployment after 12 years as an HR coordinator

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
