Dealing with the isolation of unemployment after 12 years as a logistics coordinator

Being out of work for 13 months has worn me down more than I expected. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
