Dealing with the isolation of unemployment after 11 years as a payroll clerk

Being out of work for 7 months has worn me down more than I expected. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.
