Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

Being out of work for 4 months has worn me down more than I expected. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
