Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 9 months and counting

Being out of work for 9 months has worn me down more than I expected. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
