Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 9 months and counting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a delivery driver. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
