Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 9 months and counting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a pharmacy technician. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
