Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

Being out of work for 14 months has worn me down more than I expected. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
