Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 7 months and counting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a forklift operator. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
