Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

Being out of work for 13 months has worn me down more than I expected. I worked as a medical assistant before this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
