Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

Being out of work for 8 months has worn me down more than I expected. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
