Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I worked as a bookkeeper before this. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
