Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 6 months and counting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. Thank you in advance. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
