Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a warehouse supervisor. I do not want to pretend I am fine. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
