Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 5 months and counting

Being out of work for 5 months has worn me down more than I expected. It has been a long 7 weeks. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
