Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 4 weeks in

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
