Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 4 months and counting

Being out of work for 4 months has worn me down more than I expected. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
