Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 3 months and counting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
