Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 3 months and counting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. It has been weighing on me all week. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
