Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 26 weeks in

Being out of work for 10 months has worn me down more than I expected. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
