Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 2 weeks in

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a security officer. It has been weighing on me all week. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
