Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
