Dealing with the isolation of unemployment

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a graphic designer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
