Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 14 months and counting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a graphic designer. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
