Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 13 months and counting

Being out of work for 13 months has worn me down more than I expected. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
