Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 12 weeks in

Being out of work for 12 months has worn me down more than I expected. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
