Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 12 months and counting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. Any experience at all would help. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
