Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 11 months and counting

Being out of work for 11 months has worn me down more than I expected. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
