Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 11 months and counting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
