Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 10 weeks in

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. It has been a long 10 weeks. Some days I feel numb. How do you ask friends for support?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
