Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 10 months and counting

Being out of work for 10 months has worn me down more than I expected. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
