Dealing with the isolation of unemployment - 10 months and counting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a medical assistant. I am in Baltimore, in case local advice matters. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
