Daily structure while out of work - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a procurement assistant I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
