Daily structure while out of work - what worked for you?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as an operations analyst before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
