Daily structure while out of work - what worked for you?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
