Daily structure while out of work - what worked for you?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
