Daily structure while out of work - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and my days blur together. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
