Daily structure while out of work - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a customer-service rep I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
